Adobe extensions

Send a cut to COSMO Review without leaving your editor. Pick the task, export, and the render is uploaded as its next version.

  • COSMO Review for Premiere Pro

    Premiere Pro 25.6 or later · Windows and macOS

    Exports the active sequence (or its In to Out range) and uploads it to the task you pick. Large files upload in parts and can be paused.

    1. Double-click the downloaded .ccx file. Creative Cloud installs it.
    2. In Premiere Pro, open Window › UXP Plugins › COSMO Review.
    3. Click Connect and approve the code on cosmoboard.site.

  • COSMO Review for After Effects

    After Effects 2023 or later · Windows and macOS

    Renders the active composition through the Render Queue and uploads it to the task you pick. You can also upload an MP4 you already exported.

    1. Install the downloaded .zxp with Adobe's Unified Plugin Installer (or a ZXP installer).
    2. In After Effects, open Window › Extensions › COSMO Review.
    3. Click Connect and approve the code on cosmoboard.site.

COSMO BOARDS apps: common questions

Is there a COSMO BOARDS app for Windows?

Yes. Download the COSMO BOARDS Windows app from this page. It runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), opens your studio in its own window, and shows Windows notifications for new messages and incoming calls.

Is there a COSMO BOARDS app for iPhone and Android?

The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Until then, open cosmoboard.site/app in your phone's browser: it is built to work on phones.

Is there a COSMO BOARDS extension for Premiere Pro or After Effects?

Yes. COSMO Review for Premiere Pro (25.6 or later) and COSMO Review for After Effects (2023 or later) export your sequence or composition and upload it to a COSMO BOARDS task as its next version for review. They work on Windows and macOS.

Do the apps cost extra?

No. The apps are free to download. You sign in with your COSMO BOARDS account, and your studio's plan covers the web app, the desktop app, the phone apps and the Adobe extensions.

Is there a Mac app?

Not yet. On a Mac, use the web app in Safari, Chrome or Firefox. The Premiere Pro and After Effects extensions already work on macOS.

Every app signs in with your COSMO BOARDS account, so there is nothing new to set up. Ask your studio administrator if you get stuck.
